We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Labourer to work on gas and plumbing appliances on various Durham properties.

The Role:

  • To assist in the installation, repair, maintenance and servicing of gas, mechanical and plumbing appliances and/or systems as instructed.
  • To work in accordance with the information, instruction and training given and to inform the Mechanical Services Foreman/Heating Engineer of any potential safety hazards.

The Person:

  • MUST have CSCS card
  • Working at height
  • Manual Handling
  • Asbestos Awareness training
  • Own method of transport is preferred
  • NVQ in relevant sector is desirable but not essential
