We are currently recruiting for 2 x Customer Feedback Officer’s to work within South Tyneside within a busy Repairs and Maintenance team.

The Role:

*Working with the team to answer customers queries, feedback and complaints.

*Ensuring learning from feedback is embedded in the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of our customers.

*Ensuring that all complaints and queries are dealt with to a satisfactory level.

*Reporting any issues back to the team manager.

The Person:

*Previous or similar experience.

*GCSE’s grades 4-9 (A-C) in English and Maths.
