We are currently looking for an experienced candidate to provide support to our client’s Human Resources department based in Washington.
The role is a 3 month assignment.
- Act as the first point of contact for the HR department, provide administrative and clerical support when needed
- Input accurate data and information, using the HR Management database
- Provide support and cover to other HR Assistants
- Creating and issuing identity and access cards
- Preparing standard letters and a range of documentation
- Organising meetings and events, booking venues, refreshments
- Provide relevant support in various recruitment and selection activities
- Must have previous HR experience
- Must be IT literate
- Must be an excellent communicator
