We are currently looking to recruit x4 Admin Officers to provide administrative support to the business in the Byker area.
- Deal with any incoming queries via telephone, email, letter, as well as complaints and escalating when necessary.
- Collate and prepare information in a variety of databases.
- Provide admin support to Housing team, dealing with maintenance, repairs, and building security, and logging all information on MS Office.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes when required.
- Audio and digital typing.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building rapport.
- Provide a front of house reception service as needed.
- Account for, reconcile and make sure of the security of petty cash, stock
and cash equivalents in line with the company’s financial regulations.
- Manage and maintain a diary and CRM database.
- Must have previous experience in an Admin position.
- Must have excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- May be subjected to a DBS check.
