We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join a Customer Services team in Newcastle
The Role:
- Location: Newcastle, Benton
- Hours: 37hrs per week
- Service Area: Inbound calls from residents in the Newcastle area
- You will handle a wide range of enquiries from local residents e.g booking repairs, council tax
The Candidate:
- Must have previous, similar experience in a Customer Service setting.
- Must hold 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at grades A-C (5-9)
