We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Apprenticeship) to work in our busy office in South Shields.

The Role

  • You will de dealing with a wide range of people over the phone including customers, job seekers (candidates) and outside agencies.
  • Answering incoming calls, emails and text messages.
  • Taking telephone calls and handling queries.
  • Meeting candidates face to face.
  • Selling the services of All Temps Recruitment initially over the phone and face to face with customers
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Matching candidates to the job roles

Qualifications

GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4-9) desirable
