We are currently looking for a part-time Neighbourhood Services Advisor to provide Admin support to the Housing team in a busy Gateshead office on a daily basis.
- Be the first point of contact for tenants and providing support when necessary
- Dealing with any incoming calls and escalating when necessary.
- Assisting on home visits to tenants.
- Undertake reviews regarding tenancies
- Liaise with customers, other services, councillors, and a range of partners
- Arranging and attending meetings.
- General administrative duties – Filing, scanning, data entry, use of MS Office, CRM databases, diary management, reception cover etc.
- Will include remote working
- This post is 18.5 hours per week
- Must have previous experience in a similar role.
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
- Must be IT literate.
