We are currently looking for a ICT Service Desk Analyst to work in the South Shields area.
The Role:
- Resolve technical issues
- Provide advice and guidance in use of computer applications
- Create and update computer user accounts
- Issue computer consumables
- Update and maintain in-house systems and databases including hardware and software inventory records
- Maintain telephone directory accounts
The Person:
- MUST have relevant Microsoft qualifications for Desktop O/S Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 – Must provide proof of qualifications
- Must have experience working in an ICT service desk role
- Must have excellent knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
