Installation and Service Engineer Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator for the role of Installation and Service Engineer Administrator for an expanding Engineer Company.

The duties of the role will be:

  • Provide support to the Service & Installation teams
  • General calls, service calls and log repair calls
  • Update company database to reflect undertaken service/install & repair work
  • Organising accommodation for engineers
  • Co-coordinating courier collections & site access equipment
  • Monitor & record van fleet mileage
  • Monitor and update status of repairs via CRM
  • Price up engineer’s reports
  • Send purchase order requests to clients and follow up as necessary
  • Review and update maintenance records and communicate with clients accordingly
  • Liaise with clients to arrange and agree repair schedules
  • Gather & issue job sheets to engineers
  • ·Preparing engineers floats/food allowance
  • ·Any other reasonable task

Experience & qualifications:

  • Experienced Administration Assistant. ( Minimum 2 year experience required)
  • Educated to GCSE level 1 in both Maths and English or equivalent
  • Ideally hold RSA 2 level in Admin or l in suitable subject
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Aptitude to multitask
  • Work on own initiative
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Works well on own initiative and as a part of a team
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Listening skills and recording information accurately
  • Experience in Microsoft office
  • Logistic knowledge advantageous but not essential
  • Understanding of CRM systems desirable but not essential
This role will be permanent after a probation period
