We are currently looking for an experienced ICT Service Desk Technician to respond to all IT related incidents and provide first line support in a busy Stockton office.
- Responding to all requests and providing an effective first line
of service support, and resolving any ICT related issues and
logging when required.
- Working with other ICT teams to ensure the effective support of
technology and contribute to the ongoing development of ICT
- Updating and informing customers of the progress of their
- Acting as single point of contact for ICT. Providing advice and
guidance on ICT related matters.
- Identifying ICT problems and trends and escalating these to 3rd line support for root cause analysis and permanent problem
- Using telephone, email, and face to face correspondence and resolving issues this way.
- MUST have knowledge in Office 365.
- MUST have experience in a previous IT role and excellent
skills in ICT
- MUST have excellent communication skills.
