We are currently looking for an experienced ICT Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support in a busy South Tyneside office.

The Role:

  • Resolve technical issues
  • Support users via telephone, email, and face to face
  • Provide advice and guidance in use of computer applications
  • Create and update computer user accounts
  • Issue computer consumables
  • Update and maintain in-house systems and databases including hardware and software inventory records
  • Maintain telephone directory accounts
  • Carry out general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, diary management etc.

The Person:

  • Must have experience working in an ICT service desk role
  • Must have excellent knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
  • Must have excellent customer service and IT skills
