We are currently looking for an experienced ICT Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support in a busy South Tyneside office.
- Resolve technical issues
- Support users via telephone, email, and face to face
- Provide advice and guidance in use of computer applications
- Create and update computer user accounts
- Issue computer consumables
- Update and maintain in-house systems and databases including hardware and software inventory records
- Maintain telephone directory accounts
- Carry out general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, diary management etc.
- Must have experience working in an ICT service desk role
- Must have excellent knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
- Must have excellent customer service and IT skills
