We are currently looking for a time served Gas and Heating Maintenance Engineer to work across various properties in the Darlington area.

The Role

  • Duties include installation, maintenance, service and repair work in accordance with job instructions/specifications.
  • Will include on-call working 1 week per month with up to double time pay on past midnight callouts.

The Person:

  • Must possess Gas Safe Commercial Certification and have at least 3 years experience of working on commercial plumbing/mechanical projects
  • Must have a good knowledge of Legionnaires Disease maintenance work.
  • Will be subjected to an Enhanced DBS and criminal records check upon offer.
  • Must be able to provide recent employment references.
