We are currently looking for Customer Service Assistant to work in the Gateshead area.
- Receive and respond to repair queries via the telephone.
- Arrange appointments and answer queries regarding scheduled repairs, maintenance jobs and other general housing management calls
- Receive and process complaints and compliments about repairs and other general matters using various software.
- Use of MS Office
- Typing up reports.
- Carry out a range of administrative duties
- Must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs graded A-C including Maths and English or equivalent.
- Must have customer experience.
- Must have knowledge of MS Office
- Must be an excellent communicator
