We are currently looking for Customer Service Assistant to work in the Gateshead area.

The Role:

  • Receive and respond to repair queries via the telephone.
  • Arrange appointments and answer queries regarding scheduled repairs, maintenance jobs and other general housing management calls
  • Receive and process complaints and compliments about repairs and other general matters using various software.
  • Use of MS Office
  • Typing up reports.
  • Carry out a range of administrative duties

The Person:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs graded A-C including Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Must have customer experience.
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be an excellent communicator
