We are currently recruiting for 4x Customer Service Survey Agents with excellent telephone manner to work within an expanding local office. Your role will be making outbound calls, contacting Students and Education establishments to gain information in the form of surveys.
The start date is ASAP
– Making outbound calls to gain information from students regarding education establishments
– Going through telephone surveys
– Updating internal databases with relevant information
– Using questioning techniques to glean information
– Based in South Shields- Close to metro station or free parking available
– Bonus system in place and weekly competitions
– Hours of work – 11.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday
9.00 am.m till 12.00 noon on Friday
– There is no selling in this role
– Must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to engage the person on the other end of the line
– Must have previous outbound calling experience in a call centre environment
– Must be I.T literate
– Must be motivated to work both alone and as part of a team
This is an immediate start and will be ongoing temporary work initially with the possibility of extensions.
