We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor in the Killingworth area.
- To work in a busy office taking queries regarding issues relating to housing improvements both over the telephone and face to face.
- Dealing with customer queries regarding customer surveys, customer events and improvements.
- Dealing with queries, claims and complaints to successful outcome.
- To support customers with all enquiries
- To arrange appointments for engineers to visit customers properties
- Using an in-house computerised system to log and monitor results
- Producing notification letters and delivering them by hand
- Must have an NVQ in Customer Service or similar
- Must have similar experience dealing with queries, and complaints to resolution
- Must be computer literate using MS Office
- Be educated to GCSE grade C or above in both Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Must have a valid UK Driving License
