We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide an excellent customer focussed service for our client based in South Shields.

The Role:

  • Respond to and resolve customer enquiries by telephone, email, text writing or letter
  • Put customers into contact with appropriate colleagues or departments
  • Assist with training and ongoing coaching and development
  • Make outbound telephone calls, text messages, emails and letters to promote the company’s services
  • Maintain computerised record systems and paper filing systems
  • Accept and deal with all cash received
  • General administrative duties including filing, scanning, printing

The Person:

  • Must have previous experience from a similar role
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be IT literate
