Customer Service Adviser

A local authority is currently looking for full-time and part-time experienced Tele-Handlers to provide a first point of contact tele-care service for life critical calls.

The Role:

– Handle calls from a life critical Telecare Service (Ostara) and support dispatch processes in line with business needs

– Handle verbal and written customer enquiries across a range of channels

– Collecting and recording information

– Handle all calls in a professional and confident manner

– Record and resolve and complaints or queries where possible

– Assisting in monitoring CCTV systems

– Working towards achieving KPIs

– General reception duties

The Person:

– Must have experience in a similar role

– Must be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written

– Must have a pristine customer service manner

– Must have good IT skills

– Must be flexible

– May be subjected to an enhanced disclosure
