We are looking for an experienced customer service administrator to work in a busy business centre to effectively deal with tenants, customers and visitors to the centre ensuring the highest standards of customer care at all times and to efficiently process administrative duties as requir3d

The role

  • To provide the highest standard of professional customer service to all tenants, visitors and customers to the centre and workspace premises both face to face and by telephone
  • To operate the telephone and man reception as required
  • Build and maintain effective and professional relationships with tenants
  • To liaise with tenants and resolve any queries, problems and issues, escalating to management where necessary
  • To provide administrative support where required including the input of purchase orders and other relevant information onto the Oracle ERP system
  • To provide and maintain consistently high standards of corporate hospitality
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared to the highest standard for the use of tenants, customers and visitors
  • To maintain appropriate records as required
  • To produce documents for internal and external use professionally and efficiently

The person

  • Must have previous similar experience
  • Have relevant experience of working in a business-to-business Customer Service environment
  • Experience of dealing with data input to computerised systems
  • Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent including both Maths and English
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer satisfaction
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Able to work effectively, under pressure and with competing priorities, whilst paying attention to detail
