We are currently looking to recruit 3 x experienced Inbound Customer Sales Advisors to join a friendly, expanding company based in South Shields however you will be working from home attending occasional meetings at Head office. This role will be flexible, working Part time 25 hours per week. Working when the company are running promotions and taking calls and response. This role is ideal to fit round running a busy family life or possibly another part time role or someone who wants Part time home working.

The role

  • Working from home
  • 25 hours per week which could be split shifts during the morning and afternoon /early evening- 5 hours per day
  • Some Saturday’s will be included as part of a rota.
  • Handle the inbound calls,  taking customer orders and promoting goods for sale when the company runs promotion campaigns in the media
  • Delivering first class Customer Service and product information
  • Up selling and cross selling the product range on each call
  • Promoting and selling reward and loyalty programmes
  • Support Customer Services
  • Using Open and Closed questions and Features and Benefits, maximise the revenue on each call
  • Accurately and efficiently input, update, delete, and amend customer data in customer database
  • Actively recognise the need for customer confidentially
  • Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and objections in a professional manner
  • Hours of Work: 25 hours per week , working from home during promotional campaigns could be split shifts e.g. 10 – 1  and 4- 6
  • Training will be held at South Shields office

The person

  • Must have previous call handling experience
  • Have previous Customer handling skills (including conflict handling and resolution)
  • Have excellent telephone skills
  • Have excellent questioning and listening
  • Have selling skills (including empathy, building relationships, closing sales etc.
  • Have self-organisation and time management to work from home with minimum supervision
  • Working to targets and bonus led campaigns
  • Have excellent data capture skills using IT applications such as internet, intranet, e-mail, and Windows applications with minimal key stroke errors
  • Be able to accommodate I.T systems and equipment at home
  • Must be able to travel to Head office in South Shields for training and occasional meetings.
