We are currently looking for a Customer Liaison Advisor to work initially 4 weeks to cover sickness with a possibility to extend in the Killingworth area.
The Role:
- Deal with customer enquiries and complaints
- Provide support and advice to tenants promoting benefits of maintenance work
- Undertake induction visits to assess customers’ needs
- Make relevant referrals in relation to breached tenancy agreements, abandoned properties etc
- Arrange access to properties when required
- Report any housing repairs on behalf of tenants
- Using in-house systems and databases
The Person:
- Must have a Basic DBS – Must be able to provide certificate
- Must have relevant experience from a previous role
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be IT literate
