We are currently looking for 2x Administrator’s to provide administrative support to a variety of different services.
There are full-time and part-time positions available.
- Give advice and guidance to other Business Support staff
- Deal with all enquiries including complex and technical queries
- Data entry
- Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, and management information
- Arrange and service meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes or notes when required
- Reception and petty cash duties
- Using in-house systems and databases including Carefirst, Capita, MS Office – Training will be provided
- General administrative duties including filing, scanning, printing etc
- Must have previous experience from a similar role
- Must be able to provide last 3 years employment history and references
- Must be IT literate
- Must be an excellent communicator
