We are looking for a part-time Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to our client based in Blyth.

The Role:

  • Acting as first point of contact for service users
  • Inputting information onto the central database and liaise with the admin coordinator
  • Diary management
  • Producing and responding to complex and confidential correspondence
  • Arrange venues for meetings and training as required
  • Preparing handouts for training courses and presentations
  • Deal with invoices and purchase orders
  • General administrative duties

The Person:

  • Must have experience in an office based role
  • Must have an excellent telephone manner
  • Must be able to work as part as a team or on your own
  • Must be IT literate
