Administrative Officer

We are currently looking for 3 x Administrative Officer’s to provide administrative and clerical support within a busy office based in Aykley Heads, Durham.

The Role:

  • Process mail, answer and deal with telephone/email queries
  • Diary management
  • Co-ordinate meetings; arranging venues, sending invitations, organising agendas
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Administer Legal Panels; collating information, distributing outcomes
  • Prepare complex documents using Microsoft Office
  • General admin duties including filing, scanning, printing

The Person:

  • Must be educated to an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration – Must provide proof
  • Must have Full COVID Vaccination evidence
  • Must have minute taking experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Must be IT literate
