Dates & Deadlines
The festive season is fast approaching so we thought we would advise a little earlier of our opening hours and payroll deadlines.
Our working hours and deadlines over Christmas/New Year are:
Office Opening Hours
Tuesday 24th December – 9.00 am – 2.00 pm
Wednesday 25th to Friday 29th – Office Closed
Tuesday 31st December – Office Closed
Wednesday 1st January – Office Closed
Thursday 2nd January – Office Open as Usual
We would like to remind all staff if you wish to be paid for any holidays including Bank holidays they must be clearly indicated on your timesheet or in an email. We CANNOT take holidays verbally

|W/c 16th December||Friday 20th 12pm*||Tuesday 24th December (anytime up to 6pm)|
|W/c 23rd December||Monday 30th 12pm*||Friday 03rd January|
*Any hours submitted after the timesheet deadline will result in a late payment and may rollover onto next week’s payroll run.
All timesheets need to be submitted no later than 12pm on Friday 20th December. You will also need to notify your manage to approve your timesheet.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU GET A NEW MOBILE PHONE THIS CHRISTMAS, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LET US KNOW THE NEW NUMBER AS YOU COULD BE MISSING OUT ON WORK IN THE NEW YEAR.
