Dates & Deadlines
The festive season is fast approaching so we thought we would advise a little earlier of our opening hours and payroll deadlines.
Our working hours and deadlines over Christmas/New Year are:
Office Opening Hours
Monday 21st – Wednesday 23rd December – 9am – 5pm
Thursday 24th December – 9am – 2pm
Friday 25th December to Sunday 3rd January – Closed
Monday 4th January – Open as normal (9am – 5pm)
We would like to remind all staff if you wish to be paid for any holidays including Bank holidays they must be clearly indicated on your timesheet or in an email. We CANNOT take holidays verbally

*Any hours submitted after the timesheet deadline will result in a late payment and may rollover onto next week’s payroll run.
All timesheets need to be submitted no later than 12pm on Monday 21st December. You will also need to notify your manager to approve your timesheet.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU GET A NEW MOBILE PHONE THIS CHRISTMAS, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LET US KNOW THE NEW NUMBER AS YOU COULD BE MISSING OUT ON WORK IN THE NEW YEAR.
